HTTPS Website issues - Internet Explorer 9 does not allow you to enter information on some HTTPS websites

HI,
In which website do you have problem?
Were you able to sign to the website earlier?
Can you access other secure sites?
What changes were made before this issue occurred?

You may follow below methods which may help you to resolve your issue:
Step 1:
I would suggest you to disable any security program on your computer and check if it resolves the issue.
After checking for the issue you need to re-enable the security program on your computer.
Note: Running the computer without firewall or the anti-virus software is a potential threat to the computer; make sure to enable the security software after completing the troubleshooting steps and after identifying the issue.
Step 2:
Second the issue may be caused due to a corrupted add-on in Internet Explorer. To confirm the same, run Internet Explorer in no add-ons mode and check if the issue persists.
To open Internet Explorer in no add-ons mode,
a. Click the Start button, click All Programs.
b. Click Accessories.
c. Click System Tools.
d. Then click Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).
If disabling all add-ons solves the problem, you might want to use Add-on Manager to disable all add-ons and then turn on add-ons only as you need them. This will allow you to figure out which add-on is causing the problem.
Delete the corrupted add-on and restart Internet Explorer normally and check if the issue reappears.
After you have used this process to determine which add-on is causing errors, you can disable that add-on. Or, you can uninstall the software that installs the add-on. We also recommend that you contact the software vendor that provided the add-on for additional troubleshooting and support.

Step 3:
If the above method does not fix the issue, then I would suggest you to perform Internet Explorer Optimization on your computer and check for the issue.

Disclaimer: The Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature might reset security settings or privacy settings that you added to the list of Trusted Sites. The Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature might also reset parental control settings. We recommend that you note these sites before you use the Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature
Step 4: I would suggest you to try opening these websites in different browser and check for the issue.
